Gluten-free products have come so far in the last few years that Lynn Shuter decided she could open a whole shop devoted to them. At G-Free NYC, she sells breads, granolas, cookies and cakes as well as more commonplace snacks that people who are gluten-intolerant can enjoy, like kale chips and popcorn
