Researchers from Harvard University published their findings from a study today in the New England Journal of Medicine that shows which foods are associated with weight gain and which are associated with weight loss. The study shows that the top foods associated with both weight gain and weight loss were all gluten free! Even more interesting, those associated with weight loss have additional benefits for people with celiac disease.
